Maltman’s Green School, Gerrard’s Cross, Buckinghamshire

After the second World War studied Art in Johannesburg Technical College, and

Macclesfield Art School (C.F.E.) in Cheshire.

Second World War:

Joined Women’s Royal Naval Service 1942 – 1945.

Served in Helensborough, Scotland and later stationed in India and Sri Lanka.

Personal life:

Married Eric, Bombay (now Mumbai), India, 1945. (19xx – 1982)

Son, Christopher, born Manchester, 1946 (died 1992)

Daughter, Susan, born Johannesburg, 1949 (died 2005)

Emigrated to South Africa, 1946

Returned to U.K. 1960

Relocated to Jersey 1966

Died, Jersey 11 January 2025
